Healthy greek yogurt green goddess dressing

- 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt - non fat 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 jalapeno, - seeded
- 2 green onions - roots removed
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic - peeled
- 1 lime - juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- COMBINE all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Use immediately.
- STORE in at the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
