Healthy greek yogurt green goddess dressing

  • 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt - non fat 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 jalapeno, - seeded
  • 2 green onions - roots removed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic - peeled
  • 1 lime - juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • COMBINE all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Use immediately.
  • STORE in at the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
